This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Namnsdag (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Spotwise. The Application is a utility app that displays nameday information.
The application queries for no information from the user other than the current location, which is required to calculate the sunrise and sunset times.
The application does not collect other information than the current location.
This Application collect information about the location of your mobile device. By default only an approximate location is acquired, although this can be changed by the user in the device settings. The location is only acquired while the app is running. The widget does not provide sunrise or sunset information and does not use location information.
All the information obtained by the application stays on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
As we only collect information necessary for the operation of the application and only query third party services to provide the service the only way to opt-out is to discontinue using and uninstalling the application.
All information is maintained on the device only.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@spotwise.com.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
